Checkout Information: Below you will find the district PE equipment list that is available for checkout. Checkout is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Often, this equipment is only used by schools once a year and/or is too big to store in each school, so we share it. Please be considerate of others when scheduling!
Note: A secondary PE teacher suggested that the SNAG golf only be used for elementary students or use carpet squares instead of the launch pads for secondary, because the older students are so hard on this equipment. Use your best judgment on this!
How to Reserve: Email Jolynn Dicus at jolyn.dicus@boiseschools.org with the following
-
Dates of Reservation
-
Name of equipment you would like to check out
-
Name of School to deliver to.
*Please email Jennifer Graening if you need to make changes later in the year.
Equipment Arrival/Pickup Information: Equipment will arrive on a Friday and leave on a Friday about two weeks later. Occasionally, weeks are a little different based on holidays/days off. Please document your dates once they have confirmed them with you.
REMEMBER, equipment leaves on a Friday. When the warehouse crew arrives at your school for pick up, all equipment should be ready for them to take.
They have a busy schedule and need to get everything to the next location.
Broken Equipment Information: If equipment arrives, or leaves, a school broken, please let Jennifer Graening know so we can look into repairing or replacing the equipment.
